This Refund Policy outlines the conditions for cancellations and refunds for services provided by Ride N Rescue.
- Cancellation by Customer
- No Questions Asked Cancellation: A full 100% refund will be issued for cancellations made within two (2) days from the purchase date of the program.
- Post-Initiation Cancellation: If you cancel a service after our mechanics have already commenced work or our service provider has arrived at the designated location, the full service charges will be applicable, and no refund shall be provided.
- Cancellation by Ride N Rescue
- In case of cancellation by Ride N Rescue, the customer will be refunded the fee on a pro-rata basis, provided no services have been availed by the customer.
- Ride N Rescue may cancel a transaction if:
- The service address provided is outside our service location in Kolkata.
- We are unable to reach you via phone or other communication channels for order confirmation.
- The information or instructions you provided are incomplete or insufficient.
- The service cannot be completed for reasons beyond our control.
- Refund Processing
- All refunds initiated by Ride N Rescue will be processed to the original financial source account from which the transaction was initiated.
- Refunds will typically be processed within 5-7 business days.
- All decisions regarding refunds are at the sole discretion of Ride N Rescue and are final and binding.
